Another great footprint and great location made this a worthwhile loft space to convert, adding a another level that doesn't feel compromised for space
Access to the house was difficult with a small and winding road with little turning capacity for delivery vehicles. But patient neighbours, determination and good planning prevailed. Having the floor steels made in sections which could be bolted together in-situ was the way forward. In the end our customers ended up with a loft bedroom and en-suite with a rear dormer facing the leafy hill and stunning front views from the Velux roof windows looking out over the Channel. The rear dormer and raised gable end were finished with hung tiles which really made the conversion blend in with the existing building, so that to fresh eyes, one would not know a conversion had been done.
